Bristol's biggest indoor fitness event returns for its fifth edition. Run 8km total across 8 x 1km runs, alternated with 8 functional workout stations — SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. Compete solo, in doubles, or as a relay.
